California Ghost Towns/Sites, Then & Now, Northern Edition is a detailed set of historical maps displaying many ghost towns, along with military roads, railroads, stage stations and early forts.

The maps featured date from 1854, 1880 and 1886, with the 1886 map expanded to show even more detail of early Northern Californian settlements.  These maps also feature an overlay of modern road systems, created from a USGS planometric map.
