This kit offers all the basics of a good panning kit, plus a Garrett 1/2" classifier. The pan is a Proline 14" Professional and also included is a copy of The Weekend Gold Miner a handy how-to book on prospecting, a one ounce vial and a snuffer bottle.
Classifiers have always been popular additions to our kits, even before we offered one as part of a kit, because they help speed up gold panning by screening off the larger rocks, and also help improve gold recovery efficiency.
To use, place the classifier in the top of your pan, shovel in material, submerge and rinse the smaller material through the 1/2" holes into your gold pan. Then pan as normal.
