Black Cat Mining Returns Policy
Unopened shipments may be returned at purchasers expense for a full refund if returned within 30 days of delivery. Unopened shipments returned more than 30 days after delivery, but less than 90 days will receive 80%. We do not refund orders past 90 days from date of delivery. Opened shipments may be returned for a full refund if returned within 30 days of delivery, providing returned contents are unused and adequately packaged to avoid damage in transit. We do not accept returns of opened shipments beyond 30 days. We do not accept returns of used items. Please do not attempt to return items with signs of use such as, but not limited to, creases along the spine of books, scratches in gold pans, etc. Black Cat Mining will reimburse the return shipping costs of returns only if the return is a result of an error on our part (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). If you return an order that was placed using a promotional or coupon code or taking advantage of another discount offer, you will not be refunded for the amount of the promotional offer, as these discounts were deducted from the original purchase amount. If after reading this information, you feel that the amount of your refund was incorrect, please contact Customer Service. |
