We have product in our warehouse, ready to ship. Obviously we run out of product like anyone, but the simple fact that we stock the products we sell means we know what we have available, know when it will ship, know how fast you'll get it, have direct access to tracking information and have complete control over the care and quality of how your order is packed and shipped.
2. We'll ship it ASAP - We really mean that. We try to get orders out as fast as possible. Take a look at what Paul S. had to say:
